Bulb Esu
can i use a 15 Watt night light simulation bulb in my aquarium at night?
It appears to be a black light but im not shure if it's for a reptile.
I think it's made by ESU or it is a ESU,but its made in Korea "just for a little info" .....so can i?

15 watts is a bit strong for aquarium lunar lighting... Usually, you'd be looking for LEDs around 1 or 2 watts. 15 watts will likely just prevent the fish from resting properly due to a change in photoperiod, even if it is just a blacklight. A 3-5 month old Rat Snake?
In the daytime. It gets like 90-106 degrees here. Inside my house it gets really hot. & i have to go to school. Today i came home and the tank was at 90. I leave the red light on when i go to school. What should i do before i go to school? Should i turn the light off before i go to school or what? I aslo have this ESU reptile light with two 9 watt bulbs in it, i think desert 7% UVB or something. What are they for? (my gf gave me it)
Or where do you get a Temperature Controller?

That's an overly high temp. for most rat snakes. Turn the light off during the day & just use a flourscent light, like an aquarium light if you want the snake's cage lit up during the day. Make sure you have provided a shade spot like rocks or a half log for the snake to escape the heat. Also, do not let the snake's cage sit in direct sunlight, cause it will rapidly heat up & could harm your snake & even kill it if it gets too warm. Provide a large enough water bowl so the snake can cool itself off as well. The day time temp. shouldn't get above 85 degrees & around 75-80 is best.
