Are dogs allowed in malls and stores if they are in a carrier or stroller?
I have heard this and wonder if it's true? Apparently as long as their feet don't touch the ground they are allowed in malls? If so that is pretty cool!
Anyone know if this applies to all malls? I live in Ontario Canada.

No they aren't, and it really pisses off those of us who follow the rules when some airhead with a puppy in a purse thinks *they* are too good to follow the rules. It makes ALL dog owners look bad.
