I am looking for a fantastic community organizer, of epic porportions.?
It would be from the ground up.
I would like to see this 4 of July go down in history as the day we started to declare our independence form Oil companies. My Goals are hard. I need a grass roots starter who can get volunteers to pound the pavement, for start up donations. I would like to see 10 Factories for building existing solar and wind technologies large and small. all would be non-for-profit or employee owned factories in the gulf of Mexico. Then I would like to see those turbines and solar panels go up on every highway in the gulf states. We would need bake sales Block party and Rock and country music concerts in every state. As well as online donations, and eBay donation site. The money would put fishermen who will loose everything back to work with a retirement, and all profits from selling energy back to the grid would go into building more wind farms solar farms hwy wind farms all over the united states.
How will you be funding this position of community organizer? Will the job be salaried or by the hour? Will you provide benefits (health care, vacation, etc.)? Will the organization that hires this person and undertaking all of the other work you have proposed be a nonprofit or a for-profit? Do you already have a written business plan, including goals for year 1, expected costs, plan for evaluating your efforts, funding strategy, etc.?
