Four Paws Ultimate Touch Safety Pet Nail Clipper..... help?!?
Ok.. so i have a weird problem.......... uhm... I just purchased Four Paws Ultimate Touch Safety Pet Nail Clipper.... The joke is... I can't figure it out! I mean, the instructions don't say anything on how to actually 'open' the clippers.... it's kind of hard to explain. Apparently there's a safety bar to prevent cutting my cat's quick, but i can't actually separate the two blades, in order to hold the claw in between. I know this sounds pretty vague, but if anyone uses it and faced a similar problem, help would be much appreciated

It's hard to see in pic & it does have the bad habit of closing sometimes when you need it open. It attaches where the big screw holding the 2 blades together & you just push it to the side.(doesn't lift up) It should look like a lil latch type thing. Cheap isn't the best way to go with grooming tools.
